The Cougar Award / WUE, recognizes out-of-state students with exceptional academic ability. This award is offered to top incoming freshmen and transfer students at $10,000 per academic year - even more than the standard Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) rate. Qualified students receive the award automatically, and are notified upon their offer of admission to Washington State University.  For more information, visit our Admissions site
