The Out-of-State Award is WSU Tri-Cities' name for the WUE Award. This merit-based award is automatically awarded and qualified students are notified upon their offer of admission to WSU Tri-Cities. Eligible students will receive $10,000 per academic year. This award may be renewed for up to three years for incoming freshmen and transfer students.
